Shipping within Continental United States only ; with great regret we do not accept international orders, at this moment. Orders are generally shipped out in 1-3 working days of the order placement . If there are any delays or issues we'll let you know asap. Free shipping on orders over $100. Once the order is placed, please check your email and tracking numbers for shipping information. Once the package has been shipped, we can't be liable for your order. Check with the postage carrier to adjust your shipping address or locate your package.

Payment is via Paypal, using either a Paypal account or a credit/debit card. If you would prefer to pay another way, send us an e-mail at admin@karmichues.com.

Due to the nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not accepted and will be politely declined, however we will address genuine issues on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns

All our products are vegan and cruelty-free, and not tested on animals. All of our fragrances contain essential oils, absolutes and safe synthetic molecules. All our perfumes are extrait concentration. Since we use high quality natural ingredients, the color of the liquid might change with time as well as sediment formations can occur. For anyone with allergies or other sensitivities, information on specific ingredients is available on request. Also, we consider all the perfumes as Unisex, as we believe perfumes as art and is suitable for all genders. We are IFRA non-compliant, although we do not use any IFRA prohibited items and whereever we exceed IFRA suggested levels, they are only marginally over the limits.
